What is the difference between an instinct and a learned behavior?

An instinct is an unlearned ability, like something that happens for no reason.

Learned behavior is something you do because of someone taught you or told you, or maybe because you're used to it ( like experience. )

examples:

instinct: if your water bottle falls, you will try to grab it before it makes a loud sound and everyone looks at you in class, while the teacher gives you an unfair detention because you disrupted the class. then, you get grounded and you can't talk to your online friends because you've gotten grounded for something that wasn't even your fault. but nobody understands. nobody gets you.

learned behavior: you do not talk to strangers because you either learned it in school / your parent or guardian taught you.
