PLEASE HELP!! Imagine you are lifting very heavy containers to the top of your house. You can either use the stairs on the left or move them up the ramp on the right. Which option do you think would be easier? Why? (Look at the picture)

I think that the stairs on the left is easier. According to the sentence, it says "You are lifting", so I need to carry it. If I had to push it, the ramp would be easier, but I am not. If I carried it up the ramp, I would receive the most weight against my back. If I went up the stairs, I would reive the most weight against my chest, which would make it easier to climb up rather than having most of my weight on my back.
