All of the statement are correct. That said, the statements are incredibly simplified, examples of prokaryotes (or Bacteria and Archaea as they should be referred to) with organelles have been discovered, likewise for microbes with chromosomal assemblages. Additionally, there is no such thing as a primitive organism (in the truest sense of the word primitive) you can get primitive features however - features which may be highly conserved right through to a common ancestor.
