The Nucleus was discovered by Robert Brown. It is the most important and prominent part of the cell which controls all the activity. It is commonly oval shaped or spherical. It is a membrane-bound organelle, the nuclear membrane is double layered. The nuclear membrane is perforated thus called pourous, Certain substances(including mRNA) pass from these pores. The nucleus is filled with protein rich substance called Nucleoplasm. In the nucleoplasm there are Chromatin network or Nuclear Reticulum. These Network later form chromosomes that contains genetic material (DNA) of eukaryotic organisms.

The Question asks for the instruction of making protein.

instruction of protein comes from nucleus because DNA is responsible for the development of mRNA. It is a type of RNA which instructs the ribosomes present on the surface of rough endoplasmic reticulum to make what kind of protein.
