they are both equally nutritious because you need a balance of both. Only eating meat is unhealthy, as well as only eating plants. Even eating only healthy foods can become unhealthy because you need a balance of everything. Your body depends on both equally. A plant-based die requires less resources to produce because meat-based diets are usually pumped with preservatives and such. Most plant-based diets aren't, (though some are). Eating less meat would be bad since we need a balance of everything to be healthy.

the transfer for conduction is the heat transfering from the liquid to the spoon

the transfer for convection is the heat rising from the liquid to the air

the transfer for radiation is the heat going through the sides of the cup and to the air

at least that is what i would do
