To maintain good body image you can eat right and keep a schedule or you can influences your self into the shape you feel comfortable in but what every shape,size,color,etc you must always appreciate yourself and not care about what other say about you.The person that listens to other will not appreciate how he or she looks because of pressure which causes lots of problem appreciating your own beauty will keep you have a better life than those that care about what people say about them.
