What happens to oxygen, glucose, and amino acid molecules in a healthy person?

Oxygen plays a very important role in our body, oxygen along with nutrients from the food to create Adenosine triphosphate, which is used as a fuel for cell functions. Glucose is the main source of energy for cells and organs of body. The stored form of glucose is called glycogen.  Amino acids play an important role in metabolic pathway, gene expression. They are they building blocks of proteins and make up 75% of the body.
