I think that a plant diets and meat diets are equally nutritious. A plant-based diet requires fewer resources because if it was an animal the animal would need food and water every day, a plant needs water every couple days. I don't think people should eat less meat, because meat is good for you, meat  helps you gain muscle mass, gives you stronger bones and hepls you gain protein.
