Why is temperature so important to living things?

When temperature is very low than organism cannot survive due to freezeing of its body and when temperature is very high than organism cannot survive due to not getting its daily food or basic requiements such as water of its body.

so it is important.

a adaptation is when organism changes itself to fit the environment

ex. when its cold outside i wear a jacket
