All organisms do not have the same number and type of cells because each one has different characteristics.

On Earth there are different types of organisms, some are complex like plants or animals, these are multicellular because they have a large number of cells.

However, all organisms are not the same. Some are characterized by having only one cell such as bacteria or algae.

On the other hand, not all organisms have the same type of cell. Some have prokaryotic cells, that is, cells that do not have a defined nucleus. Some examples of an organism with prokaryotic cells are:
