The Asteroid Belt it's a region and it's with space  between orbits of planet Mars and Jupiter. And that's where most of our asteroids in the Solar System are found. ( orbiting around the Sun)

The asteroid belt is composed of rocks of various sizes and points. First discovered in 1801, it's located between Mars and Jupiter. It's believed that the existence of the belt is because a planet disintegrated or it was never completed, among other reasons.

The biggest asteroid that is known from the asteroid belt is Ceres. Ceres was even thought to be a planet by the International Astronomical Union in 2006.
