A rare mutation has caused unusually long myosin laments in a muscle. If myosin lament lengths are twice that of the wild-type muscle and all other aspects of the muscle are normal, calculate the sarcomere length at which isometric force will be zero as the thin and thick laments no longer have any overlap. State all of your assumptions and show your work.
