Explanation:

Codon is the unit which consists of a triplet code of mRNA. Codon tells about the amino acid to be added in polypeptide chain during translation.

A set of rules for specific amino acid is assigned in Genetic codon table.

The gene sequence present on DNA gets transcribed into mRNA sequence. The mRNA sequence is read by tRNA having anticodons. The tRNA is responsible for addition of correct amino acid in the polypeptide chain or protein.

UCA codes for amino acid serine, it can be seen from the genetic codon table.

There are universal start and stop codons in the genetic codon table.

Start codon  is AUG coding for methionine.

stop codon is UAA, UAG and UGA
