In order to best magnify the outer surface of a cell, the much advanced form of microscope is used for the identification of more complex form of organelles or species. As, these organelles or cellular bodies are studied under the high tech form of microscope which is the scanning electron microscope. As, the scanning microscope directs the beam of electrons which will cast a number of particles on the surface of the cell, which on reflecting from it provides an image of that outer surface of the cell.
