The structure A is parenchyma cells.

The structure B is  lymphocytes.

The structure C is White blood cells

The structure D is xylem cells.

Explanation:

The structure A represents the parenchyma cells whose main function is in storage and photosynthesis inside the plant cells.

The structure B represents the white blood cells which play an active role in our immune defense system.

The structure C represents Unstriated muscle fibre cell which are involved mainly in the movement of food.

The structure D represents the Xylem tissue whose main function is to carry water across the plant body.

The figure D represents the Xylem cells. The main function of the Xylem cells is to carry water from the roots to the other parts of a plant. The plants are known to have two major types of vascular tissues. The phloem tissue which carries food from the leaves to other plant parts and the xylem tissue which carries water from the roots to the other parts of the plant.

Structure C (Unstriated muscle fibres) are found in the internal organs such as walls of the intestine and help in the passage of food.

The synapse is the chemical junction between the axon terminals of one neuron and the dendrites of the next.
