Explain how an enzyme works using the terms from 1-5

Enzymes can be described as biological catalysts which are used to speed up a reaction. All enzymes contain specific sites which are termed as the active site. The active site is specific to a particular kind of substrates. Hence, only that particular substrate can fit into the active site of the enzyme and products can be made from them. All enzymes work best at an optimum temperature and optimum pH.
