Do bacteria have an enzyme that breaks down hydrogen peroxide? how could you test this?

Almost all living substances has the enzyme called Catalase in them, including bacteria. Catalase decomposes the hydrogen peroxide and breaks it in oxygen and water. It protects cell from damage conducted by the Reactive oxygen substance called oxidative damage.  

The decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of catalase can be observed by adding it to a tissue sample. The reaction produces oxygen in the form of bubbles.
