can someone explain this?
i'm doing an assignment that asks to draw out transcription and translation:
1. create a sequence of nine dna nucleotides. ( dna base sequence)
2. complete the next column, "resulting mrna sequence," by pairing the appropriate nucleotides to the dna nucleotides. remember that for rna, uracil, not thymine, is the partner for adenine. (resulting mrna sequence)
3. again, determine the appropriate sequence of trna nucleotides by matching complementary ones to the mrna nucleotides. (complementary trna sequence)
4. finally, using the mrna and the codon chart, determine the three specific amino acids that were coded for (remember, each amino acid is coded for by three nucleotides). (resulting amino acid sequence)
heres where i'm confused, i understand the first 2 questions and 4 but i dont understand what 3 is asking? ? isn't the same thing as 4? so shouldnt there be 3 questions? i have a dna sequence, i translate it to the opposite (with exception of u and t) and then decided the amino acid, so whats 3 asking? ?

The table presents the average day and night temperatures in five cities. it also reveals whether a city receives substantial rainfall (wet climate) or little rainfall (dry climate). which city’s rocks are likeliest to experience frost wedging, and why? a) city a because the consistently subzero temperature would prevent water from melting b) city b because it is a wet region and the temperature fluctuates around the freezing point c) city c because it receives plenty of rain fall and the weather is moderately cool d) city d because the hot and dry weather would cause rocks to absorb water
