they are incubated for 6 hours and are observed to be in lag phase for the first hour before they start growing exponentially.
at the end of the 6 hours, the bacteria density is measured by serial dilution followed by plating. it is found to be 1.28 x 103 cfu/ml
a) how many bacteria are there in the culture in total after 6 hours?
b) how many times have the bacteria doubled during this time?
c) using the answers to (a) and (b), what is the generation time?
