My problem
i am a primary level principal in nepali government school. there are five classes and only three teachers. it is very difficult to teach effectively. i want to manage each class a teacher. so i have to write a official letter describing my school's conditions and manage 2 teachers post and their salary to the nepali for nepali (ingo- international non-government organization_ institution) but i have no idea to write. me kindly,
