I honestly made up a really dumb dance for this.

GLUCOSE GLYCOLISIS
Spend 2 ATP, get 2G3P 2NADH 4ATP 2PYRUVATE (I use my fingers to symbolize the amount. loss of ATP is two thumbs down, G3P are the index, middle, and ring finger up, NADH are the middle and index finger on both hand touching and breaking apart to show that you get two, and 4 ATP is two thumbs which you give twice, and pyruvate are the index middle and ring fingers of both hand facing down.) you end up losing the 2G3P and another 2ATP to end up turning the G3P molecules into 2pyruvate molecules.
