Observations made of bacteria culture once a week is an example of what type of information

There are three distinct kinds of observation methods for the objective of the research. These three methods comprise participant observation, structured observation, and the field experiments.  

The structured involvement is the procedure of gathering information that is attained in the absence of direct involvement of the participants and the researcher. Thus, observing the culture of bacteria once a week is an illustration of structured observation.
