The equinoxes - and our seasons - are caused  by the Earth  orbiting the Sun and the Earth's  tilt. The Earth  is tilted 23.5 degrees on its vertical axis. During the northern hemisphere's spring  and summer, the northern hemisphere is tilted towards the Sun. And winter and fall caused due to Northern Hemisphere is tilted opposite of the Sun.

⏩The position of the earth changes as it revolves all round the Sun .

✴Summer causes in the Northern Hemisphere as most for the time the Northern part of the Earth faces the sun during revolution .
✴Winter is also caused from the same reason but the situation is reversed The Southern Hemisphere faces sun for most of the time and Northern Hemisphere faces less .
✴ Spring and Fall are caused by the same .

All These are caused due to the tilt of earth that is 23.5° .
