What is the difference health wise between an electronic vapourizer, and a cigarette?

They use liquefied nicotine and produce less-harmful water vapor instead of harmful smoke. even though it's not the same it can still cause many issues to your health

in the ecigs they use nicotine that has been liquefied and does not produce as harsh vapor as cigarettes would put off.
