i need with three questions about a science project. there is a table attached of the outcome of the project. i really need with this.

1. describe the relationship between substrate and the product. support your answer by explaining what happens when you increase the amount of substrate. then, predict what would happen if you used 20.g of substrate and explain your reasoning behind the prediction.

2. what is the optimum ph level for this enzyme? how do you know? use the data you collected to justify your answer. then, make a prediction about what you think the reaction rate would look like a ph = 2

3. homeostasis is a characteristic of all living things. an example of homeostasis is body temperature. define homeostasis. then, explain what effect you think a change in temperature might have on the reaction rate of enzyme-catalyzed chemical reactions. is it really that important for humans to maintain their body temperature? why or why not?

The question is too much so I will split it to make the answer more clear.

1. a Describe the relationship between substrate and the product. Support your answer by explaining what happens when you increase the amount of substrate.
A catalyzed reaction happens when enzyme contacts the substrate. More substrate will increase the chance of enzyme contact the substrate. Therefore increasing the substrate will increase the rate of reaction. But the efficiency will have a limit where the substrate is too saturated, which makes the enzyme contact the substrate almost immediately.

1b. Then, predict what would happen if you used 20.g of substrate and explain your reasoning behind the prediction.
Let's look at the pH 3 column. The amount of product made by 1g of substrates(39), about twice the amount of product produced by 0.5g substrate(19). The increases keep happens, but it stops when the substrate is increased from 4g to 8g. In this case, the limit would be 4g and be increasing the substrate above this point won't increase the reaction speed.
So, the rate of reaction for 20g substrate will be the same as 4g or 8g substrate.

2a. What is the optimum pH level for this enzyme? How do you know? Use the data you collected to justify your answer. 
If you compare each substrate with different pH, you will see that pH 7 produce the highest amount of product. In 0.5g, the top 3 product amount is 72 (pH 7) followed by 45(pH 9) and 39(pH 5). The pattern is consistent in others substrate amount. You can say the ideal pH is 7 because it consistently produces the highest amount of product. 

2b. Then, make a prediction about what you think the reaction rate would look like a pH = 2
The ideal pH is 7 where the reaction rate is highest. When you move away(either lower or higher pH) from the ideal pH, the rate will be decreased. If the difference of pH higher, the rate will decrease more. 
The product at pH 2(5 pH lower than ideal) would be lower than pH 3(4 pH lower than ideal) because it strays further from the ideal pH.

Homeostasis is a characteristic of all living things. An example of homeostasis is body temperature. Define homeostasis. 
Every enzyme has ideal pH or temperature where it could work faster. By keeping the condition ideal, an organism can do metabolism better. Homeostasis is the action that tries to keep those condition in the ideal range like warm-blood animal keeps their blood temperature warm in cold environment.

3b. Then, explain what effect you think a change in temperature might have on the reaction rate of enzyme-catalyzed chemical reactions. Is it really that important for humans to maintain their body temperature? Why or why not?
If the temperature changes from the ideal range, the reaction will become slower. If reaction that produces energy slower the organism produce less energy than usual, thus become weaker. Keeping the temperature in ideal range will make the organism in ideal condition. If the temperature is not maintained, the strength of human will be weaker in the hot/cold environment, makes them harder to adapt to changes.
