The first picture represents platelet aggregation (primary hemostasis) and the second picture represents coagulation (secondary hemostasis).

Hemostasis: it concern both pictures, because there's primary and secondary hemostasis
Fibrin: it concerns the second picture, we can see the fibrin mash in yellow surrounding red blood cells.
Blockage of a tear in a vessel wall, blockage of small vessels: it may concern the primary hemostasis but it is not represented in the first picture.
Role of thrombin: its role is to transform fibrinogen to fibrin to form the fibrin mash, so we can associate it with the second picture.
Transfusion reaction, antigen and antibodies: it is not represented in these pictures
Agglutination (of platelets): it concerns the primary hemostasis (the first picture).
RBC caught in protein mash: which is well represented in the second picture (fibrin is a protein)
Coagulation: By definition is the activation of fibrinogen to fibrin to form a fibrin mash, which is represented in the second picture.
