Wilms tumor is a tumor of childhood. it is usually an encapsulated mass occurring in any part of the kidney. what are the common presenting signs of a wilms tumor?

Wilma may have blood in the urine, a loss of appetite, a lump in the side or abdomen, anemia, a pain in the side that doesn't go away, fevers that last for weeks and are not caused by any infection or cold, extreme fatigue and weight loss that occurs for no reason.

Large asymptomatic abdominal mass and Hypertension. The common presenting signs of a Wilma tumor are large asymptomatic abdominal mass and hypertension. The tumor is often discovered inadvertently,and it is uncommon for the mother to discover it while bathing the child. Some children may present with present with abdominal pain,vomiting,or both.
