All the below are biotic factors:          bacteria .         rotting log .      rotting leave .         I hope this helped and this is right! Have a nice day!         Disclaimer: Now i'm not totally 100% sure on rotting log & leave, because a tree is alive but a rotting one? My guess would be yes its still alive until its dead, and the leave same thing but it was once apart of a living tree, but these are what i would put!
