The answer is D.  Have you ever been talking with someone and they are going on and on...making no sense whatsoever? If they had kept their mouth shut, you would only *think* they might be the smartest cookie in the box, but when they opened their mouth and started talking about stuff they had no idea on, that's when you knew for sure they weren't the brightest.
