It is better that we not remember every single thing that we experience because there is a lot of bad moments included with life. For example, losing a precious thing can make you want to forget about losing it and you would want to move on in life. However, since that thing was extremely precious and valuable to you, you are not able to forget about it. Therefore, remembering every single thing that we experience can sound good at first, but once it happens you would want to forget about a lot (I hope this helps).
