Paul was commissioned to write the classical work in 1993 after his London Oratorio was released. Paul used Cubase Technology, where what he played on keyboard was translated to notation and printed. Paul also wrote a poem to accompany the music, and the 80 member London Symphony and 120 member London chorus realized the work.
