Directions: The recipe below makes servings for four people. Adjust the recipe and list the amount of each ingredient needed to make servings for two people, six people, eight people, and twelve people. 2 tbsp butter 4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 lb ground beef 1 c water
1 medium onion 1 tsp sugar
1 green pepper 2 tsp salt
1 c. sour cream 2 tsp dill weed
16 oz stewed tomatoes 8 oz uncooked narrow noodles

1. Heat butter in 10-inch frying pan
2. Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper until onion is tender
3. Stir stewed tomatoes, sour cream mushrooms, water and seasonings into meat mixture
4. Gently stir in noodles
5. Cover skillet and simmer gently for about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender-stirring occasionally (makes 4 servings)
