You can use many things to construct stuff.

for wings, you can use a white shirt and some hangers it would be simple to make it but you may need items from out of the closet such as, rubber band, glue, tape, and etc.

now for a halo, you could actually find any yellow fabric that you might have and a hanger too. (your imagination can do anything!)
