The shutter works better with more light exposed to the lens, that is why you have a better shutter time in light vs in the dark. If there is less light, the shutter needs to open up more to capture as much light as possible, reducing the time it takes to take a picture

Ithink the men do it because the women work very hard, especially during childbirth. as for whether textiles are a "female-only" art, certainly not! there is no such thing as a job the other gender can't do (pardon my bluntness).
