the word bias is often used as a kpop reference. i actually asked the same question when i started listening and exploring kpop. there are many kpop bands, and in each band, people usually have a favorite band member. they refer to their favorite band member as their ‘bias’. if you’re using this word “normally”, it would usually mean prejudice against someone or something.

bias is a prejudice. when we favor or dislike something or someone then it is a bias.

did you know how the same thing is framed influences our decision making. both of these labels say the same thing. there is 20% fat but labeling it differently influences consumer decisions about which one to buy.

        i think it is referred as the 8th wonder of the world because each of the terra cotta warriors was not the same. they each had many things with their physical stature, like different height, armor, and different characteristics, which were all different. what makes it interesting is that there were 8,000 soldiers in that tomb. so making that many soldiers for the emperor meant a-lot to the emperor. it means that their is strength in numbers now matter how different.
