Teamwork & Confidence.

Explanation: Teamwork & Confidence motivates me to work hard because I am very confident in doing something, even if I can't. I remember once doing a project in school, and it broke. (Science fair) I got pretty upset until my teacher motivated me to try again. I successfully did my project and got 2nd place. Teamwork motivates me because we can work together in a group, like a team. That is what got me on teamwork.
