What is "hue"? how can hue affect artwork?

A "hue" is the color, or shade of something. Changing the Hue of a picture sometimes results in a more flashy image, or intriguing shapes and colors. a white oval on a black background could become a flashy aqua and green shade with a almost white background. it all depends on the lighting and wavelengths. 

Beethoven was a deaf man and couldnt hear. he became famous for his classical pieces. and there ye go.vivaldi was a true one hit wonder classical artist. hes known for his classical piece the four seasons. he was although wasn't as great as beethoven and yea 'ere ye a go.
