They encourage all to be their true selves around them by shunning all forms of discrimination and judgmental attitudes.

Like have you ever not believed in your dreams and beleifs and like hated them. Or mabey your not showing your true self and being kind of mean. This is the best way I could think to explain it sorry. And for the second part when it asks "Can you create a plan for choosing how you interact and approach these areas in order to make them more closely aligned with your authentic self?", Its asking if there a way for you to be closer to becoming a person who doesn't hate and  encourages all to be their true selves around you.
