What method of note-taking do you prefer? Why?

I have my own way to take notes.

I color coordinate them but importance

Red-Main Ideas/Themes

Orange-Statistics

Green-Main characters

Blue-Any form of Figurative Language

I really like to color code things. Making a plan at the beginning of my notes on which color goes with what topic. Then if you are studying for something and you need to find the specific topic within your notes you can look for that color :))
