1.) Self improvement> Self inrichment. You should always try to get better.

2.) Pay little attention to other people. Studies show that while you are fussing about how other people think of you, they are probably thinking the samething. Stop thinking of other people's opinions and focus on yourself.

3.) Know your priorities. Dont lose track of whats important.

4.) Be (the best version of) yourself. If you are a pretty bad person, try to change that, but don't change parts of you that aren't bad.
