At this point i dont think I can do it anymore (im 14) is there a way for me to move out? Can I runaway? I looked at emacipaion and found out you cant get emacipated in the state of new york ): I dont have any other family to live with either.

I wouldn't jump to running away.. Maybe try talking to your mom/guardian. She might not know she's impacting you the way that she is. You don't have any other family members? Anyway, I would try talking to your parent(s) before trying to emacipate yourself.
