Symbolism began as a literary movement with Charles Baudelaire's book of poetry Flowers of Evil being a cornerstone of inspiration for Symbolist painters. Your task is to
reverse this process, pick a Symbolist artwork from the lecture or artwork folder and
write an expressive poem about it. Symbolic poets often used free verse which means
the poem has no set rhythm, rhyme scheme, or any particular structure. In that spirit,
your poem does not have to be structured but must be at least 14 lines long. Browse

Imagine that you have just been called to the scene of a car accident which appears to be the result of drunk driving. all persons involved have been transported to the hospital, and now it is your job to document the scene. write a short log of your experience at the crime scene as if you were the crime scene photographer. use your imagination about the details of the scene, and discuss eight photographs you could take (make sure you are including photos from each of the three categories – overview, mid-range and close-up). for each, include details such as a date, time, locations, objects, angles of photographs you took, etc.
