Una "obra de arte" es algo así como lo mismo. Una escultura o pintura original se conoce como obra de arte. La Persona que diseña la obra de arte es el Artista. ¡Espero que esto ayude!

They all refer to the same meaning, Just different concepts. The word "Art" is its own thing, like Math or something. It includes sculpting, painting, drawing, and MORE! Those are the basics.
