Band kids :) when I call commands I can feel my diaphragm pushing the air out but it still hurts my throat? I’m trying out for Drum Major and the command portion is very important.

I’ve already tried the Ha exercise; it doesn’t work for me?

Also, my commands sound like yells and not “full”
