Do you consider graphic design art since computers have taken over much of the responsibility and even creativity? why or why not?

I consider graphic design art because, even though it's not standard or conventional, the artist puts in a lot of work to create something. Oxford defines art as "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power" and that's exactly what they are doing.
