I think it will be the B note because i was always taught that from bottom to top it goes like this:

Bottom line: Every

2nd to last line: Good

middle line: Boy

2nd to top line: Does

top line: Fine

So this means that since the note is on the middle line, it will be B

1. red- the color of blood

2. black- the color of the darkness in my soul

3. white- the color of the clouds

4. orange- a fruit

5. blue- the color of water
