Hello, I need help with my college application. I should start applying now but I have no idea what should I apply to. My personal information is GPA 3.89, 2 AP government, and calculus for this year. I only had 3 APs until now but I am done with either graduation and university requirements but I think maybe start from college and then the transfer will be better. I am in California. I speak Spanish-Chinese and English of course xd, My situation is that my parents can't get to the US and don't understand English, so it's okay that the selective school is not in the same state. I think that I will start with community college then transfer because it is cheaper and more personal attention since my parents can't get to the US. I will be fully dependent on aids, grants, and scholarships and I do really want to be at selective school as I actually do effort on it. The question is
1. Is a good idea to transfer from college to university or go directly to the university.
2. Which college should I apply to 3 selective, 2 matches, and safety minimum that means schools with more requirements, just in, and 100% sure to get in name the specific name of each.
3. Why/reason/differences
4. Suggestion.

If you need more info just tell me. Thank You c: GL with the 80Points.
