In the past few weeks, I personally have reflected on my choices as a citizen of my community. I decided it was time for me to do something to give back to my community. I would start off small. First I decided to donate certain items from my home to community shelters as well as some money for a local charity. I felt as if though it wasn't enough, my plan then was to put some labor in by tidying up the park. There was a good two hours spent there. I felt proud of what I could do, with that being said I got some Service hours in for graduation. In all, it was a wonderful experience where I had the opportunity to better my community and myself better.
