Choose three real-life activities to include in your plan: one personal activity, one school activity, and one family activity.

Reference at least three different exercises from BrainHQ and tie them to the real-life activities that you have chosen.

Explain how you can implement the practice from the BrainHQ exercises that you have chosen in your real-life activities.

Analyze how you will track and measure your performance and improvement in each real-life activity.

Assess the two topics that you have chosen with regards to your real-life activities and BrainHQ exercises. Write a reflection about how these topics are important in real-life and how BrainHQ helped you work on these topics.

Write a reflection about the BrainHQ exercises.

Which exercise helped you the least? Why?
Did you improve after completing more than one exercise? How?

Report, blog, magazine article, or newsletter (Smore, Publisher, etc.) (length requirement: at least 150 words and 3 images)

Narrative story (length requirement: at least 150 words and 3 images)

Handmade collage or scrapbook (Canva, Shutterfly, Smilebox, etc.) (length requirement: at least 150 words and 3 images)

At least two mind maps, diagrams, infographics, models, charts, etc. (SmartArt graphics, Canva, etc.) (length requirement: at least 150 words and 3 images)

Requirements (Section 3 of 3):
Review the Project Rubric that is attached to the bottom of these instructions. Make sure that your project meets all the requirements.

Upload a digital version of your project to the NowComment Discussion Board. Please do not just upload a sharing link to your project, but actually upload your project formats so they are visible. Take a screenshot of your Discussion Board post and attach it to your project in Ignitia to earn points. Without a screenshot, points for the Discussion Board post will not be earned.

To submit your project in Ignitia, upload all components of your project together in one file that can include the different formats that you have used. If you need help consolidating all your project components into one file, message your mentor.
