Not necessarily an academic question but it is life skills i just turned 18 and i want to buy a motorcycle from my friends' dad. clean title, everything is good. i just don't know how to get insurance or put the title in my name. . i already know how to get a motorcycle sponsorship i just dont know how to do therest of the adult stuff

Okay, so I'm assuming you have a motorcycle permit, and a license and all that. Also remember, it depends on what state you are in. So, in a complete assumption, say you live in America. Examples of insurance companies would be like GEICO, or Progressive (I've been told those are the good ones). You would have to then get a quote. After doing that, you would need to verify that you have a valid license plate and all that. After that, I believe you would be good to go.
